BEN IBARRA
Office Manager

Ben Ibarra has been an itegral part of the Gallatin team since 1998. Ben’s dental experience began at the early age of 16, which he applies to running the Gallatin Dental office today. Ben enjoys spending time with his son, daughter's and wife, Diana. Ben spends his free time in the great outdoors and is an avid sports fan.

 


  

JUDY GORDON, RDH
Hygienist

Judy has been a hygienist at Gallatin Dental Group since 1989. She earned her degree from USC. Judy is a first class hygienist with tremendous experience. She helps a large number of our patients keep their teeth looking sparkling new. Judy enjoys spending time with her twins and husband.


  


 



LORENA RODGERS
Insurance Biller

Lorena Rodgers has been with Gallatin Dental Group since 1990. Lorena is assisted by our caring staff to greet each of our patients. She also assures each customers adminstative work and appointment runs smoothly. Mrs. Rodgers enjoys spending time with her children. Her hobbies include playing softball and travel.

 



 

MARIA ARCINIEGA

Treatment Coordinator

Maria is our Treatment Coordinator with 16 years of dental experience and has been a part of Gallatin Dental Group since 2007. She enjoys helping patients and strives to make sure all feel welcome. In her free time she enjoys being with family and taking Zumba classes at the Downey YMCA.


 



 

LORI LERMA
Hygiene Coordinator

Lori has worked in the dental industry for 16 years.  She has been a member of our team at Gallatin Dental Group for 10 years.  Taking on front desk work, she works with patients to answer questions.  She also helps patients schedule appointments with our hygienists to get that bright and shining smile!  

In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

 

 


 

NANCY VAROZ

Treatment Counselor 

Nancy has over 20 years of experience in the dental field which began with a dental assisting diploma from the National Education Center. She makes every effort to ensure that her patients have an understanding of their dentists’ treatment plan and insurance benefits. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can always be found cheering on her favorite sports teams and attending concerts.

Nancy looks forward to meeting and welcoming you to our practice.

  




JOANNA PETERSON

Marketing Director

Joanna Peterson, a graduate of Rancho Santiago College and Lawton Dental Assistant School,  has been involved in the dental field for many years.  Gallatin Dental is happy to have had her on our team since 2004 as our Marketing Director.  Joanna is married and enjoys spending time with her four children and four grandchildren.  Outside of work and family life, she is extremely involved in the community.  From being a Downey Lion and Kiwanian, to serving as President-Elect of the Downey Chamber of Commerce this year, Joanna is always on the run.  We are happy that wherever she goes, she takes Gallatin Dental with her!


 


 

 

HANS K. FRITZ

Business Consultant

Hans started helping businesses and campaigns for elected officials with innovative ideas on how to improve their online presence and strategy since 2014. He was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX in 1990 and came to California in 2003 with his family. Hans really enjoys helping businesses on achieving their goals and maximizing performance internally and externally to the customer. His client portfolio has grown very diverse which gives Hans an advantage in providing his clients with multiple perspectives from different industries  on how to improve their service and operations.
